RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY The customer (“Participant”) of Rasa-Lila Fest is aware that participation in yoga may result in accident or injury and participant assumes the risk connected with participation in yoga representing that the participant is in good health and suffers from no physical impairment which would limit the use of Yoga Studio’s facility. Participant acknowledges and is aware that the participating Yoga Studios have not and will not render any medical services including medical diagnosis of participant’s physical condition. In consideration of being permitted to participate, participant releases for him/herself and his/her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the participating Yoga Studio’s., its officers and members, instructors, owners and lessees of the premises each of them their officers and employees, all referred to as releasees, from all liability to and any claim or damage therefore on account injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the participant whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while participant is participating in yoga. Participant agrees to indemnify the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or costs releasees may incure due to the presence of participant in or around the participating Yoga Studios whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise. Participant assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to negligence of releasees or otherwise while in or on the participating Yoga Studio property and/or while participating in any activity at the events at each Yoga Studio. Participant agrees that this Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion of the Agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full force and effect. Participant, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga and other activities at participating Yoga Studio’s does for him/herself and his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby release and forever discharge the participating Yoga Studios its officers, directors, shareholders and employees and instructors, their heirs, administrators and executors of any and from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of injury or personal injuries known or unknown, death and/or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation in Yoga or activities at participating Yoga Studios or any activities in connection with yoga and participating Yoga Studios whether by negligence or not. Participant further states that he/she has carefully read the above Release and knows the contents of the Release and signs this Release as his/her own free act. Participant further releases all employees, officers, directors, shareholders and instructors from any claim whatsoever on account of first aid, treatment or service rendered his/her during participation in Yoga or other activities at Rasa-Lila Fest. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and the terms of this Release are contractual and not a mere recital.

Join us on Saturday, April 16th for a Yoga Festival that is all about yoga, meditation, education, workshops, music, dancing and kids stuff.

Come enjoy the 80 acre surroundings on Camp Brorein located on Lake Moon in Odessa, FL

Hi, Nathan here from Rasa-Lila Fest!!

I wanted to email you and give you some new happenings at the festival that is just over 2 weeks away.

As you know I changed locations to a new camp just a few miles over from the original location.

Location: Camp Owen J. Brorein

16901 Boy Scout Road Odessa, FL 33556

The reason for this festival move? Well, more activates at the festival like -

Hiking
Overnight Camping (no extra charge)
Fishing (catch and release bring your fishing pole and bait)
Movie(s) at night from 7-9 and 9-11
Kids can bring their bike and ride around + bring outdoor games
And a funny one, more bathrooms that include showers!

We will have food vendors but feel free to bring food, water and camping supplies, just no pets. Remember we are outside so bring plenty of sunscreen and bug spray. Also when the sun goes down so does the lighting so if you plan on staying after dark bring a flashlight. If you forget something just run down the street we are still close to everything. Just minutes away from food and shopping.

Gates open at 7 AM for you early birds that want to set up your tent and get the day started. The festival starts at 9 AM with Yoga, Entertainment, Workshops and Meditation. Kids Festival, Opening Ceremony and Paddle Boarding start at 10 am.

Don't forget to print out your ticket attached to this email and bring it with you to make Check-In super easy. We will have wrist bands for the Festival Goes and Vendors.

Due to a possible sell out please make sure to tell your friends to purchase their ticket now, we are already under 100 left 2 weeks out.
